What we collect

When you create an account we collect your email address, username, optional display name, securely hashed password, verification state, role, account status and security-session information. When you contact us, your name, email address and message are sent by email and are not intentionally retained in the website database.

Why we use it

We use account data to provide membership, protect the community, recover accounts, communicate essential service messages and enforce moderation decisions. We use contact details only to reply to your enquiry.

Sharing and storage

Data is stored on services operated for Time For Resolve and is not sold. Essential processors may handle hosting, database backups and email delivery under appropriate agreements.

Your choices

You can manage sessions and request account deletion from your account page. Legal retention duties and immutable moderation audit records may limit what can be erased immediately.
